Can I sublet the apt I am renting while I am deployed so I can collect the extra rent while drawing BAH?

If I am renting an apt/house at my home station, lets say Hawaii, can I sublet it while I am deployed. My BAH won't stop while I'm deployed so I'll still be paying the rent to the owner, but I'll have another tenant paying me an even cheaper rent. This will allow me to re-collect my BAH in a way. Is this legal? A few co-workers of mine have heard and seen it happen... Please ref an AR or something when you answer if you can. THANKS!
